Wonder Hoodie Inc.’s (www.wonderhoodie.com) line of bulletproof clothing is for self-defense only. Any unauthorized, illegal, or malicious misuse, or modification of Wonder Hoodie products after the purchase will subject the buyer and its owner(s) to appropriate federal and state prosecution. Further, intent other than self-defense as defined in written instructions will result in inadequate protection from bullets and knife slashes. Bulletproof properties apply to the Wonder Hoodie panels inside its clothing (front of chest, back, and attached hood when specified on individual product descriptions) only, not the fabric itself. Do not reuse Wonder Hoodie products if it has been subject to shooting level forces, slashes, stabs, punctures, rips, tears or cuts.

Limited Liability:

Wonder Hoodie Inc. does not assume liability for misuse, mishandling, modification, or misconduct of its products. Further, Wonder Hoodie is not liable for the consequences of its bulletproof clothing products after it is sold, including loss of life or property.

It is the responsibility of the buyer of Wonder Hoodie product(s) to assess whether or not they are legally able to purchase and use body armor. Convicted felons surrender their right to own body armor. The US has a federal ban on the possession of body armor by convicted felons (18 U.S.C. 931). Felons can only purchase bulletproof vests if their employer requires it and they get written permission to do so. Still, it is the responsibility of the felon to refrain from buying body armor. Only he or she can be prosecuted if he makes an illegal purchase, not Wonder Hoodie.

Wonder Hoodie does not assume any liability, including any liability for any damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of information or utilities, virus existence, life, results of use or inability to use the material on this site, missed business opportunities, or any other damage, even if the user has advised us about the possibility of such damages, or any third-party claim, except as expressly stipulated herein.

Wonder Hoodie products are only designed to protect against bullets specified by NIJ-IIIA specifications or lower, knife slashing and jabbing, not from stabbing or related motions and further unstated specifications.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable to the destination country.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer must return the product to Wonder Hoodie (www.wonderhoodie.com) by the same means and in the same conditions in which it received it. The costs of transport and the other that involves the return of the good will be covered by the buyer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be two (2) business days from the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the contract in the case of the provision of services.

When you purchase a Wonder Hoodie Inc. product, you agree to our terms and conditions, and relinquish any rights to bring Wonder Hoodie Inc. into the court of law.
