Shipping policy
Wonder Hoodie delivers in the USA and internationally with UPS, Fedex, USPS and DHL.
SHIPPING COST AND TAX:
- Shipping fee calculated on checkout
- *Discounts such as Free Shipping are subject to change at any notice
- All prices and figures are listed in USD dollars.
- We do not charge any membership.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (USA Pacific Time). Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery Carriers and Terms:
We use DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS as third party Shipping Carriers to deliver our products.
- CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact the respective carrier within 24 hours of placing your order:
- Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy
- Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please take photos showing the damage and identify the shipper to notify their customer support:
If the parcel has been delivered without your being present, please also use one of the support phone numbers above for location of pick up and possible rerouting.
We can ship internationally but it’s your responsibility to make sure body armor is legal to purchase and own in your country. Once you're able to verify, you can place an order on our website.
Please make sure your address is correct and complete to avoid issues and costly change fees associated with international delivery. Shipping fee for international orders starts at a flat rate of $85 and you will be responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international shipping.
