Whether you have questions about sizing, styling, or product details, they’re available to provide personalized guidance and an option to exchange your products for FREE if you are not yet satisfied.

Free Exchanges for the Perfect Fit:

  • We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial– please review our body armor fit guidance blog before deciding on a size. Rest assured that if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer free exchanges to help you achieve your ideal look. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must initiate an exchange request with a representative within 10 business days of receiving your product. The exchanged product must be in the same condition and packaging from when you received it. Avoid any damages such as stains, holes or cuts, pet hair when trying on your product or else your product may become ineligible for a FREE exchange.
  • To begin your exchange, please notify a Wonder Hoodie representative via live chat or email (info@wonderhoodie.com) of your exchange request, along with your order number, complete billing address, and reason for your intended exchange. To further assist you, the representative may ask you to share photos or measurements. While your participation in this step is optional, it will help our team get a better picture of your situation and will allow us to give better suggestions.
  • We will first offer you a FREE shipping label to send your product back to our warehouse to initiate the exchange. We will also reship your product back to your address, FREE of charge. Please understand that this is TWO (2) separate shipping charges that we are covering for you to ensure your fit. After this first exchange, additional exchange requests will incur a discounted shipping fee.

    *For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility located in California, USA. Upon initiating the return process, our team will share comprehensive return instructions along with the return address through email.
  • While the exchange is FREE for a bulletproof product of equal value from our website, desired bulletproof products that cost more than the product being exchanged will incur a charge of the difference between the two prices. (Ex: Order WHX Large ($425) exchanged for WHX XL ($450) = $25 Charge). That said, if a desired product costs less than the product being exchanged, then a partial refund of the difference will be issued. No Returns, Only Exchanges:

  • All sales at wonderhoodie.com are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are more than happy to provide a FREE exchange for items of equal or lesser value.
